Entrepreneurs, institutions and other entities with registered seats located within the Szczecin Metropolitan Area, whose products or services have been on the market for at least 12 months before the application date, may apply for granting the brand. The coordinating entity for the implementation of the program is Agencja Rozwoju Metropolii Szczecińskiej (Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency) Sp. z o.o.

Applications for the brand can be submitted electronically by filling out the form at done.szczecin.eu or by sending a scan of the signed application via e-mail at sekretariat@arms-szczecin.eu. Applications can also be submitted as the form – Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency, ul. Niemierzyńska 17A in Szczecin.

    I declare that I have acquainted myself with the content of the Regulations of granting "Made in Szczecin" brand and I agree with the conditions included therein. I consent to the processing of my data by the Szczecin City Hall and Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency Sp. z o.o. included in this application for the purposes connected with granting the "Made in Szczecin" brand in the scope specified in the aforementioned Regulations, pursuant to Art. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) I have been informed of my right to withdraw consent at any time and that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

    1. Personal data is processed for the purpose of granting the "Made in Szczecin" brand pursuant to Article 6 sec. 1(a) GDPR. Szczecin City Hall and Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency Sp. z o.o. processes personal data for which the provision of such is required by law or the provision of personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide data to the extent required by the Controller will result in an inability to process the application.
    2. Recipients of personal data may be entities authorised under the law or an agreement on the entrustment of data processing.
    3. Personal data will be stored for a period determined in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 18 January 2011 on the office instruction, uniform substantive list of files and the instruction on the organisation and range of activities of company archives.
    4. Persons, with regard to their personal data, have the following rights: 1) The right of access to personal data - Art. 15of the GDPR; 2) The right to rectification of data - Art. 16 of the GDPR; 3) The right to delete data - Art. 17 of the GDPR; 4) The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
    5. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if it is justified that the personal data are processed by the Controller in way that does not comply with the provisions of GDPR.
    6. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation.
    7. Personal data may be processed by automated means shall not be profiled.
    8. Personal data protection is performed according to the Regulation of Szczecin City Mayor on defining the rules of information security and guidelines for Data Security Policy of Szczecin City Hall.
